For Katsuya, Starck took Katsuya´s signature look from locations in
California and Houston, features two twenty-foot images of Japanese
man and woman from the 1940s
Dragon Lounge is situated above Katsuya
Bar Centro features red velvet curtains, dark wood furniture and French
bistro tables, Latin and Asian accents, Cuban paintings, and a bull
head designed by Mikel Urmeneta
Lenny Kravitz´s and his team Kravitz Design Incorporated designed the
penthouse suite and one of the pool bungalows
For the cabanas, Starck took inspiration from pool decks
Hyde Beach features a fireplace, vintage leather sofas and walls
adorned with 1930s and 1940s Hawaiian surfers
Guestrooms were inspired from the ghost of Madame Pompadour´s
bedroom - using pink and white to reflect the sophistication of old
French Aristocracy
